- Veman Vidyavardhak Sangha:
Veman Vidyavardhak Sangha(R) Hubli-Dharwad was established in 1953 with some philanthropists of North-Karnataka with an objective of providing education to needy people. The Sangha is in a way, unique institution since it has been serving not merely cause of education but also social and religious cause. Educational activities of the Sangha were started by the astute statesman late Shri.K.H.Patil. Now under the able guidance of Shri.H.K.Patil, M.L.A. and former minister of Karnataka state, the Sangha has grown from strength to strength with many of its primary, secondary and collegiate educations both in rural and urban areas.
- K.H.Patil Commerce College:
K.H.Patil Commerce College is a part of Veman Vidyavardhak Sangha which was established with B.Com. Course in the year 2011 and has been growing in strength year by year. The College functions at new building in General Hostel (Raddi Hostel) Campus, situated in the heart of Vidyanagar on Unkal-Hosur by pass Road, Hubli. The College has specious class rooms with latest teaching aids, well equipped Computer laboratory, well furnished library and reading room, CCTV in class rooms,laboratory,library and corridor etc. hostel facilities and indoor and outdoor games facilities.
K.H.Patil Commerce College has started Post graduate (M.Com.) Course in the year 2018 to impart higher education for rural students.The College has committed and dedicated faculty committed for academic excellence and all-round development of students. The Alumni of College are serving at their various capacities around the world. Some of them are chartered accountants, industrialists, people’s representatives and government officers.
